Each exhibition space includes a standard booth setup with a table, chairs, and power connection. The exact dimensions and additional equipment details will be provided upon registration.

T1Venue is very recently opened modern conference space in the huge T1 shopping mall in Tallinn, near the airport. The home page has some nice visuals.

We expect the majority of the attendants to be individual contributors and team leads. We aim to have a wide representation from many sectors - product companies, service providers, academia, public sector, NGOs and just interested individuals.

The Tallinn Data Week format is opening day on Monday and sub-events during the rest of the week. There are 3 hour slots on each day at 9am, 1pm and 5pm. It's up for the partner to organize the event at a venue of their choice, for example their office. We can help with guest speakers and will promote all the sub-events in all of our materials and during opening day. The sub-event attendance can be limited. We expect it to be in the 50-80 person range. Pre-registration forms, attendance lists and other support will be provided.

We recommend taking advantage of all the digital promotion opportunities included in your package, providing engaging booth activities, and considering add-on options like the photowall or podcasting booth for increased engagement.

Setup is available the day before the event (Sunday) from 14:00-18:00. Teardown must be completed by 20:00 on the final day of the event. Detailed logistics information will be sent to all partnerss closer to the event date.
