By registering for an event hosted by Cavelight OÜ ("we", "us"), you ("attendee", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Tickets A confirmed registration through a completed free ticket order grants you admission to the specified event. Tickets are for the registered individual and are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers as outlined in our refund policy.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy for attendees

• By Attendee: All tickets are free. If you are unable to attend, please inform us by writing to info@tallinndataweek.ee so we can release your seat.

• By Organizer: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, we will notify all registered attendees via email.

3. Code of Conduct We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for everyone. All attendees are expected to be professional and courteous to one another. We do not tolerate harassment in any form and reserve the right to remove any individual from the event for failing to adhere to these standards.

4. Photography, Video & Data Privacy This event will be photographed for our promotional materials. Your attendance grants consent for your image to be used. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please let an organizer know.

5. Event Program We reserve the right to make changes to the event's program, including the schedule, speakers, and topics, without prior notice.

6. Liability You attend the event at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees, or for any loss or damage to their personal property.
